Want to meet me for a yoga class? 

Collective lesson

I offer group Vinyasa Yoga classes. It is a dynamic class where movement is linked to breathing to become a moving mediation. I guide you so that the postures are linked in a fluid way. The rhythm of the course is sometimes fast, sometimes slower depending on the schedule and the energy of the group. I offer options according to the level of each student which makes the course accessible to all. My goal is for everyone to reconnect with themselves and be able to practice their Yoga, with others without competition and with kindness.

These classes take place in a Yoga studio or in a company. 

​

Cours Yin Yoga 

Je propose des cours collectifs de Yin Yoga. C’est une classe pendant laquelle les postures sont pratiquées principalement au sol et tenues pendant plusieurs minutes permettant ainsi de créer un espace de conscience de soi et de connexion à l’instant présent. 

 

Le temps passer dans chaque posture permet de créer de l’espace dans le corps, d'étirer les fascias (tissus entourant les muscles et les organes), d'activer la circulation de la lymphe et d'améliorer la mobilité articulaire.

Ces cours nécessitant du matériel (bolsters, blocs, etc.), ils se déroulent principalement dans un studios de Yoga.

Teen lessons 

Adolescence is a period of life when one is no longer really a child without still being an adult. It is a period of changes, especially physical and hormonal, more or less easy to go through. It is also a period of self-construction, of affirmation, where one places the foundations of one's adult life.

The practice of Yoga is an excellent tool to accompany teenagers throughout this transition stage and which they will keep once they reach adulthood.

The practice of yoga allows adolescents in particular to:

- Be attentive with their whole body and learn to feel it

- Understand the importance of relaxation to better manage stressful situations

- Gain self-confidence

I offer one-off workshops for teenagers at studio Prana Santé de Grens

This course is accessible by bus from Nyon station.

Private session

The private lesson is a different approach from the group lesson. We define your needs together and I guide you gradually in the practice and I make sure that you are aligned to avoid injuries. It is a good way to understand and integrate Yoga in all its dimension, both physical and spiritual. 

​

The duration of the lesson can vary between 50 min and 1h30.

The course can be given in French or in English.
